It sources properties from a variety of areas including lender repossessions, part exchanges taken on by house builders and unsold stock from property developers and building companies.
The unique feature of this site is that all the properties have to sell quickly and are very often priced to reflect this fact.

Using the site
As a user you will find navigation around PropertyEarth simple and logical. We only include data that we feel is highly relevant to your needs but have used sophisticated technology where appropriate to do so. For example the Microsoft Virtual Earth mapping software is fully automated, meaning that satellite and in some cases aerial photography of the properties you view are automatically displayed. This is ideal if you are not familiar with the location of the property and the surrounding area.
Wherever possible the Home Information Pack, including the Energy Performance Certificate, may be viewed and accessed via the site. This is useful to you both as a potential purchaser of the property (using the searches and in some cases the lease that may be found in the HIP could speed up the conveyancing process and reduce your costs) and as a potential landlord (if you plan to let the property once you have bought it you will need access to the EPC for your tenant).

The people behind it
Dominic Toller, Managing Director
Dominic has worked in the property and financial services industry for 18 years. He has a degree in languages and economics and a post grad qualification in marketing. Most recently he held the position of director of marketing and new business at LMS, a provider of conveyancing and HIP services. Prior to that, he headed up the marketing departments for Bank of Ireland Home Mortgages and Bristol & West Mortgages. During that time Dominic has been a regular commentator on the mortgage, conveyancing and property markets on TV and Radio news and has been extensively quoted in the national and trade press.
Steven Nuttall, Sales Director
Steve has worked in the financial services industry for over twenty years. For much of that time he was based abroad as a senior retail banking manager for HSBC. More recently he worked for LMS where he was responsible for building relationships in the mortgage lender market, with a view to providing legal and Home Information Pack services to support the sale of their repossessed properties. Steve has a business degree from Edinburgh University.
Joanne Hayes, Operations Director
Joanne has nearly 20 years experience in managing the operations side of a business,
spent predominantly in the North West of England. She went straight in to the workforce on leaving school,
during which time she has worked for a banking organisation, a glazing business and has set up and run her
own company also in the building sector. Her proven track record in managing a team to deliver the highest
standards of customer service speaks for itself and is an essential ingredient in ensuring
