Our aim is to source good value properties that are available for immediate purchase and make them widely available across the market. Our site is designed to be incredibly easy to use, yet still provide access to all the information you require as a buyer.
Some of the data will be more relevant to professional landlords than someone looking to buy a home for themselves. That is intentional because we believe many of the properties we source will in fact be bought by property investors.
Nevertheless the site is available to anyone who wants to use it and we believe that professional buyers, first time buyers and movers will all benefit from the service we offer.
